Grand Lawn

If you’re looking for the perfect outdoor space for your large-scale event, you’ve found it. J Club’s Grand Lawn is an expansive, picturesque grass area with a gorgeous view of the mountains.
Whether you’re hosting a wedding, corporate event, or anniversary party, you’ll have ample room for guests, tents, tables, chairs and the rest of your rental equipment.
Wilkinson Courtyard

For more intimate outdoor events, Wilkinson Courtyard is perfect. You’ll love this grass-filled space for its relaxed and inviting atmosphere both day and night.
Speaking of night, it includes a lighted stage for live performances.
Main Pool

Searching for a resort-style poolside space to host your event? Our gorgeous Main Pool has everything you need.
This well-appointed space includes pool access, 70 lounge chairs, a fire pit, 25 tables, 31 couches, 34 chairs, 17 umbrellas.
Game Room
About the space
This cozy and inviting indoor space was designed for entertainment. With a pool table, shuffleboard, and two TVs, your event guests will definitely have fun.
It also boasts an outdoor patio with scenic mountain views and 4 balcony chairs. Inside you’ll find a couch, 8 chairs, 2 high rise tables, 8 high rise chairs, 1 large coffee table, 3 small tables, display counter, sink, small refrigerator, and a sound system.
Movement Studio
About the space
J Club’s Movement Studio was designed for dance and fitness classes, but it can easily be repurposed for meetings.
It’s a large room with a mirrored wall and ample natural light that pours in through a wall of windows. The space includes a TV, sound system, and overhead fans.

How do I reserve a space at J Club?
To reserve a space for an event, function or meeting, contact J Club team at 602-767-7238 or jclub@coherelife.com. We’ll guide you through the process, which starts by completing a rental inquiry form.
What is included with my facility rental?
Other than items listed as “equipment” in the J Club Facility Policy, all tables, chairs, linens, podiums, electrical equipment, and sound equipment are to be provided by you, the facility renter.
How much do I pay when I make my reservation?
No matter which J Club space you book, you will be required to pay 100% of the fees at the time of booking.
Is there a deposit in addition to the rental fee?
Yes, there is a $250 refundable deposit that applies to each space you rent.
How far in advance can I book a space?
You may reserve a space up to one year from the date you finalize your reservation.
Are last-minute bookings allowed?
You must book your reservation at least 30 days before the date of your event.
Do I have to be a J Club member to rent a space?
No. Facility rentals are open to the general public.
Can I get into the room early to set up?
No. You must include both set-up and clean-up time in your reservation.
What if I need to reschedule?
A facility reservation may be rescheduled one time, only if requested at least seven business days before the event. Rescheduling is based upon availability.

Additional fees may apply for a rescheduled reservation.
What happens if my event gets canceled?
If you aren't going to use your reservation, please notify the J Club team at 602-767-7238 or jasper@coherelife.com.
Can I have alcohol at my event?
Yes, however all food and beverage, including alcohol, must be purchased through our on-site caterer, Superb Food Company.

What are J Club's catering options?

Can I decorate the space I rent?
You may, but please note these rules:
- Decorations cannot be nailed, thumb tacked, stapled, and you cannot use adhesive tape on any surface.
- Decorations, especially balloons and streamers, must be kept clear of the ceiling fans.
- Open flames (like candles, tiki torches, fire bowls, etc.) are prohibited. The only exception to this rule is candles on cakes or pastries.
Throughout the year, specific holiday decorations may appear in various areas of J Club’s exterior and interior. These decorations are J Club's property and may not be removed from their locations.
Can I play music at my event?
If your event is viewed in any way as disturbing the peace or is constituting a nuisance, we’ll ask you to turn the music/noise level down. Additionally, all music must be turned off by 10 p.m.
Can I have an inflatable unit (like a bounce house) at my event?
If you're renting the Grand Lawn or Wilkinson Courtyard, you're allowed to erect an inflatable unit on the lawn, provided you obtained permission from the J Club team beforehand. Wet bounce houses and water slides are prohibited.
To obtain permission, you must indicate when making your booking that you intend to have an inflatable unit and your inflatable unit vendor is required to provide proof of insurance that meets J Club’s strict insurance requirements. The insurance certificate must be received no later than 10 business days before your event.

Am I responsible for cleaning up after my event?
- All decorations are removed, and all chairs, tables, furniture, and equipment are returned neatly in their original manner in their respective designated areas.
- Furniture, walls, equipment, and floors are cleaned until they are in their original or better condition.
- All rubbish is properly contained and taken to the dumpster located on the north side of the parking lot. (You must provide your own trash bags.) In addition, you must install an empty trash bag into each emptied trash receptacle you use.
- All rental items must be picked up at the conclusion of the event reservation, unless an alternative time has been pre-arranged with J Club staff.
